Service Description
Our premium experience includes Installation Services such as : \- Natural Texture Clip-Ins Installs \- Natural Texture Sew- In Installs ( Flipover, Invisible * no part , Versatile * with parting ) \- Natural Texture Microlink Installs \- Seamless Hybrid Installs ( Multi-method install * lace closure with sew in / Microlinks with clips-ins Installation Cost Starts at $15,000 Premium and personalized options for curly extensions/hair is PROVIDED for clips-ins/sew-ins for quality and texture match. Micro link Hair Extension purchase can be refferred or sourced on your behalf. The method for installation will be determined for customization and versatility. -HAIR INCLUDED: We source hair High Quality Human Hair Extensions from our Brand Partner and include them in our installation service for Clip-Ins and Sew-Ins. Choosing this option credits 50% off your consultation cost towards your Install Service cost along with complimentary Extension Pre-Wash and Prep. ( This only applies to clients who book for/use our hair provided ) •Consultation is FREE when All-Inclusive Install is booked and paid for in full before on the day of consultation. (This mean 100% of consultation cost go towards service cost ) • 50% deposit of Hair Extension Cost is required on the day of booking service, balance is due within a week before appointment to be serviced. You will be invoiced separately for the hair bundles/clip-ins needed for your service. -BRING YOUR OWN HAIR : If you choose to bring your own hair bundles, ONLY 50% of consultation goes towards Hair Extension Pre-Wash and Prep if requested and does not go towards Installation Service. Please come with your hair clean, detangled and prepped in a way that doesn't prevent touching/feeling/ looking and assessment. Eg. Fluffy Twists, FlatTwists or loose ponytail or afro. No plaits, twists, sleek styled or buns. For texture a matching, a part of your hair will be hydrated/defined to determine ideal match. PRICES QUOTED FOR INSTALLATION ARE NOT INCLUSIVE OF EXTENSION HAIR COST (even though we purchase and provide the hair for your convenience, you will be invoiced hair cost separately from installation service. ) EXTENSION HAIR PRICING starts at US$200 . You will receive a price list and quotation during consultation before booking installation service. Be sure to indicate if you will be providing your own hair for the service.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policies : TERMS FOR CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING Appointment Request is ACCEPTED once deposit is RECEIVED. Requesting to book does not guarantee automatic approval until deposit/payment is received. If after 24-48hrs of requesting an appointment that is not confirmed with payment, the appointment request will be declined. You are welcome to book again once you are ready to make prompt payments. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be transferrable in cases of cancellations/ no show or rescheduling. Deposits will be refunded in the event that a session is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS once a service is completed. -Any Cancellations or Rescheduling MUST be made within 3-5 days of scheduled appointment to avoid charges/fees . This will allow you to transfer deposit to an upcoming appointment rescheduled within the same month. (You are allowed ONE reschedule with the transferrable deposit ) - Same Day/ Last Minute ( within 24hrs of appointment) Cancellations will not result in a refund nor transfer of deposit. Your deposit will be forfeited and new deposit required for an upcoming appointment. We understand situations may arise, you are welcome to reschedule or make a new appointment, requiring a new deposit to reserve this space. - NO SHOWS are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost or payment of the remaining balance before being able to book a new service which the previous deposit/payments does not go towards. - There is a 15 minute grace period, lateness may result in cancellation, service adjustment or additional charges. Unfortunately, late arrival over an 30 mins - 1hr of start time will result in automatic cancellation and your deposit is forfeited, if we decide to move forward with your service despite lateness, there will be a fee of $500 for every 10 minutes delay of appointment start time. Please communicate in the event or unavoidable lateness so accommodations can be made for you. PREMIUM BOOKING APPOINTMENT FEES ( Fees that will apply in addition to booked service cost ) - Closed Day Appointment Request MON to TUES ( $2500 ) - Squeeze In $1500 / Same Day Booking ( Full Payment required upfront ) - Early Morning *9AM Start Time ( $1500 ) or Late Evening *4:30/5PM Start Time ($1500-$3000) * Any appointment starting 30mins to an hour before or 5PM ) - House Call /Mobile Service : 20% Service Charge + Travel Expenses (in addition to cost of service )
