New Client Consultation Requirement (Please Read)
If you are booking with us for the first time, a Consultation (In-Salon Assessment) is required before any service can be scheduled. This is a paid service and an essential step that allows us to:

assess your hair and scalp needs

understand your goals and lifestyle

recommend the correct service plan + products

confirm accurate timing and pricing

ensure you’re booked into the right appointment (so your results are consistent and your time is respected)
This requirement helps us avoid mis-bookings, rushed services, and unexpected add-ons—so you receive the best possible experience.
